Communication Guidelines

Procare - Procare is our preferred method of communication for anything that is not time sensitive or urgent. It can be used to communicate anything regarding:

  • Your child’s schedule

  • Pre-scheduled late arrivals for appointments, Absences/Vacations, early pick-ups

  • Illness reporting

  • Communicating information such as:

    • “I sent in Timmy’s sunscreen and sunscreen form. It is in the front pocket of his backpack.”

    • “We had a rough start to the day today and Timmy may need some extra guidance this morning.”

  • You have a question about the newsletter/theme/unit

  • You need guidance on something happening with your child
